Do you use wheat bran in your nutrition, is it good for your body, is it good for weight loss, should you start to use it? So many question…Let’s answer them.
Wheat bran is very high in fibres and one cup of it has 125 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. Can help prevent constipation. It is a source of protein and natural source of vitamin E. You should include it in your daily nutrition. I tried it in a weight loss diet and it helped me to loose weight.
For this diet you will need:
Half cup of natural Greek yogurt
One spoon of wheat bran
Mix them very well and leave for 20 minutes. In the morning drink a glass of warm water and after 20 minutes eat the wheat bran mixed with natural yogurt . In the eavening also repeat this before eating . But, there are some rules you should follow in this diet:
No sugar, no sweets
No rice, no pasta, no fries
No juices (use just simple water)
And no Alcohol!
If you don’t like yogurt , there a people who don’t eat it, then you can use water instead. Half a cup of water mix with one spoon of wheat bran and leave for 20 minutes. Then drink it before eating. It will keep you full and you will not eat so much.
Eat more vegetables, fruits,chiken breast, fish, boiled eggs, chiken soup and drink water. And of course do cardio exercises 30 minutes per day. Cardio exercises increase the metabolism and will help you to lose fat rapidly. Believe me it works! I lost arround 8 kg in almost a month (this diet is for a month, no more). So yes, it is good for weight loss. Try it and don’t give up!
