Tropical green smoothie

Here is a delicious tropical smoothie recipe for those who want to loose weight. It’s fresh, cool, green smoothie with tropical frozen fruits and high in fiber,good to drink in the summer.

Ingredients:

One sacket of tropical frozen fruits

250 ml orange juice or water

2 table spoons of honey

One tea spoon of organic wheatgrass powder.

And of course a blender!

Let’s do it!

Put the tropical frozen fruits into the blender

Add 250 ml of orange juice or water ( I used water)

Add two table spoons of honey and one tea spoon of organic wheatgrass powder.

Now mix all ingredients very well in a blender for 60 seconds. Put the smoothie into a glass and you can drink it!
