Food combination that help you lose weight

It is useless to lose weight if you do not know how to combine foods. The most common effects of inappropriate food combinations are constipation, which promotes weight gain and stagnation of diet, fatigue, bloating, intestinal gas, heartburn, accumulation of toxins in the intestines and stomach cramps.
Spices help speed up the fat burning process, lower blood sugar levels, have antibacterial effects and proteins give you energy. Hot peppers contain a substance called capsaicin which has been shown to be effective in losing weight by accelerating metabolism.
Ginger also fights gastrointestinal problems, prevents gas formation, cloves fight indigestion, and tarragon maintains glucose levels very well. Don't forget that in the weight loss diet it is recommended to take your proteins from lean meat (chicken or fish), lentils, chickpeas and beans. 
Combine vegetables (except potatoes) with all other foods (except fruits).
Whether you are eating a steak, an egg, a slice of cheese or a bean stew, it is important to place fresh or cooked vegetables next to a salad or some vegetables. Potatoes are not recommended because they, in combination with protein or carbohydrates, only slow down digestion. Vegetables contain fiber that accelerates intestinal transit and, implicitly, promotes fat burning. They also provide you with the energy and nutrients you need, are low in calories and do not favor the fattening process in any way.
The most recommended vegetables for diets are salads of any kind, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, mushrooms, onions, garlic, bell peppers, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale, artichokes,
asparagus, green beans, celery, carrots and, in general, all greens.
Combine fruit with seeds and nuts Fruits contain few calories and are digested very quickly, so it is recommended to eat them in combination with a few almonds, seeds or nuts, because they contain healthy fats and give you a feeling of satiety for longer. Also, if you plan to eat only a salad of greens, throw in some seeds and nuts. In this way you will avoid hunger and the temptation to give yams in sweets.
Watermelon, whether it is red or yellow, should be eaten simply, without being combined with anything, because it is digested the fastest of all fruits and it is better to let it digest itself.
Combine citrus only with other acidic fruits To have a perfect digestion, it is good to consider combining sour fruits with sour fruits. For example, oranges go very well with strawberries, but also with apples and grapes, but they do not go well with raisins and bananas. 
Combine whole grains with vegetable milk or yogurt only. 
Animal milk is quite difficult to digest and can cause bloating or stomach cramps. Therefore, if you are on a diet, it would be advisable to eat whole grains with soy, almond or coconut milk. They are also just as well digested if combined with yogurt.
Combine flax seeds with salads and smoothies Flax seeds are very good when it comes to treating constipation and speeding up digestion. Because they are very small and go undigested through the stomach, it is recommended to grind them before putting them in salads or smoothies.
