If you decide to start a diet…

If you decide to start a diet you have to know this:

  1. Count calories

We know that the required amount of calories per day is 2000. But, if you want to loose weight, you have to use less calories. The number of calories in this case should be around 1400 in a day.

2. Buy a kitchen scale and weigh the products before coocking. Keep track of how many calories each product has per 100 grams. This way you will know how many calories to consume at a meal.

3. Choose the products with the lowest number of calories. Include them in your diet and you will definitely loose weight. These products are:

Spinach, brocoli, Brussels sprouts, celery, cucumber, grapefruit, beetroot, mushrooms, strawberies, lemon, tomato, zucchini, eggs, chicken breast, asparagus, aubergine…Start use them in your daily nutrition! With a little ambition you will be able to get the weight you want, but also to change your diet for the better, which can turn into a lifestyle. I will tell you about all these products later. You can cook them into the oven or grill ( it’s up to you to decide).

There are so many delicious recipes and very easy to do, you don’t need to spend so much time in the kitchen. If you don’t have enough time for coocking, you can prepare more meals for all week, put them in glass recipients, cover and put into the fridge. Then, when you want to eat, just heat them. Each meal have to have between 300 – 400 calories. That means meals under 500 calories.

It’s all up to you. If you want to reach the desired weight and have a beautiful body, change your lifestyle, choose the right products and don’t give up. Only then you will achieve your goal.

4. Remove sugar and gaseous liquids from the diet. You can’t remove the sugar suddenly but try to use less of it day by day

until you will not use it at all!. I know, sounds difficult. I even didn’t imagined that one day I will drink coffee or thea without sugar, but I did it day by day, week by week, with a lot of patience and strength of character. And you can do it too. Just believe in yourself and you will see big changes in your life.

5. Do cardio exercises. This type of exercises will improve your metabolism and will help you loose weight fast. Examples of cardio exercises are:

Skater, jumping jags, mountain climbers, jump lunges, high knees, squat punches, burpees…

Do them at least 25 minutes in a day and in two – three weeks ( you heard it right) will see the results, of course if you will follow all steps that i told you earlier.

6. Don’t forget about water which is the most important liquid in our life.
